• Identity and account information (name, email and Google profile information)
• Session and authentication data
• Usage and transaction information (analyses, URLs, product data, content inputs/outputs and credit history)
• Technical and security data (IP address, browser information and logs)
• Content submitted in connection with support requests

• Creating memberships and managing accounts
• Providing analysis and Content Studio services
• Managing free credits and usage rights
• Preventing security threats, abuse and fraud
• Responding to user support requests
• Complying with legal obligations

Processing may be based on:

• Establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c)
• Legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5/2-f)
• Compliance with legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç)
• Establishment, exercise or protection of a right (KVKK Art. 5/2-e)
• Explicit consent where required (KVKK Art. 5/1)

Personal data may be shared to a limited extent with contracted service providers that provide authentication, database, hosting, email and artificial intelligence services.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have rights including the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information regarding processing, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion or destruction where statutory conditions are satisfied, and request compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
