Terms of Use

LinqCheck (https://linqcheck.com) is a web-based SaaS service that analyses how understandable product pages are to artificial intelligence systems and assists with product content creation.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice.

If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Note: The legal entity name and registered address of the operator will be added following legal review.

The service includes core functions such as:

• Product page and product content analysis
• AI visibility/readiness assessment
• Identification of missing fields and completion recommendations
• Content recommendations
• Content Studio for channel-specific content generation
• Management of saved analysis and content history

New features may be introduced and existing features may be modified or discontinued. Features that may be offered in the future shall not be considered currently available.

• Analysis results, recommendations and Content Studio outputs may be automatically generated using AI systems.
• Outputs do not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, engineering or similar advice or assurance.
• LinqCheck does not guarantee rankings, sales, SEO performance or AI visibility on any platform.
• Accuracy depends on the source page, its accessibility and the quality of the information supplied.
• Users must review generated content for accuracy, suitability and legal compliance before publication.
• LinqCheck scores and assessments are not official scores issued by any search engine or marketplace and are provided for informational purposes only.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and login credentials.
• Suspected unauthorised access or security incidents should be reported to hello@linqcheck.com.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse free usage rights is prohibited.
• Attempting to obtain administrator or privileged roles without authorisation is prohibited.

• New users receive 10 LinqCheck credits when an account is created.
• One product analysis consumes 1 credit and one AI content generation consumes 1 credit; each is charged once for the relevant successfully initiated reference.
• Repeating the same analysis reference does not consume another credit where idempotency protection applies.
• If an analysis cannot be initiated due to a technical error, the credit is not consumed or is refunded.
• LinqCheck may change the amount, scope or conditions of free credits with reasonable notice.

Terms for paid plans, including pricing, refunds and automatic renewal, will be added when paid services are introduced.

• You represent that you have the necessary lawful access or authority to submit URLs for analysis.
• You must not submit confidential, personal or unlawful content belonging to others.
• Content infringing intellectual property rights is prohibited.
• You may not use the service to circumvent paywalls, robots restrictions or other technical or legal access restrictions.

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorised access or privilege escalation
• Conduct unauthorised security testing, scanning or penetration attempts
• Overload the system using bots or automation or manipulate credits
• Submit malicious software, code or content
• Use or impersonate another person's account
• Generate unlawful, deceptive or rights-infringing content
• Copy, reverse engineer or resell the service except where expressly permitted by applicable law
• Interfere with the service or other users

All rights in the LinqCheck software, interface, brand assets, logos and original methodology belong to LinqCheck or the applicable rights holder.

You retain rights in original content and product information you submit. You grant LinqCheck permission to process, store and display that content solely to the extent necessary to provide the service.

AI-generated outputs may resemble publicly available material. LinqCheck does not guarantee copyrightability, originality or exclusivity of generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing content before publication.

The service may experience interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, updates or unforeseen technical circumstances.

LinqCheck does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available service. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where appropriate.

Accounts may be restricted, suspended or terminated in cases including:

• Violation of these Terms or applicable law
• Abuse, fraud or security risk
• Attempts to harm the service or other users

Where reasonably possible and legally appropriate, users will be informed before restriction, suspension or termination.

• Commercial and content decisions made based on AI outputs remain the user's responsibility.
• No guarantee is made regarding sales, traffic, search performance or AI visibility.
• LinqCheck does not control the content or availability of third-party websites.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinqCheck shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights under applicable law or consumer protection legislation.

The service uses third-party providers including Google (OAuth), Supabase (authentication and database), Lovable / Cloudflare (hosting), and Google Gemini through Lovable AI Gateway.

Those providers' own terms and privacy policies may apply. See the Privacy Policy for further details.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Mandatory consumer rights and rights arising under applicable data protection legislation remain unaffected.

The competent courts and enforcement offices will be added after the operator's registered office details are finalised through legal review. Until then, competent authorities prescribed by applicable law apply to consumer disputes.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes may be announced through the website or by email.

Continued use of the service following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This English version is provided for informational purposes. In the event of any inconsistency or difference in interpretation between the Turkish text and this English translation, the Turkish text shall prevail.
